You’ll join a collaborative environment where student success is the heart of every day, addressing both monolingual and bilingual caseloads with a mix of evaluations, case management, and occasional therapy sessions.

Qualifications & Expertise:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid Texas SLP license (required)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) preferred
  • Previous experience working in a school setting strongly valued
  • Comfort working with both monolingual and bilingual students
  • Exceptional communication, organizational, and documentation skills
  • Enthusiastic about multidisciplinary collaboration and culturally responsive practice

Role Highlights & Responsibilities:

  • Manage diverse caseloads (primarily elementary, some middle school)
  • Conduct comprehensive speech/language evaluations
  • Develop, implement, and track IEPs and progress
  • Deliver case management and consultation, coordinating with families and educational staff
  • Provide direct therapy as needed
  • Maintain timely, accurate records and data for compliance
  • Build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues
