As a Speech-Language Pathologist, you will provide crucial support focused on evaluations and case management, with occasional therapy services as needed. This opportunity encompasses both elementary and some middle school students with a mix of monolingual and bilingual caseloads. The assignment begins ASAP and continues through late May 2027, offering consistency and an environment where your expertise can make a meaningful impact.

Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active Texas SLP license required
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
  • Experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school students
  • Bilingual proficiency is valued for part of the caseload
  • Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and case management skills
  • Ability to work onsite, collaborating with educators and support staff

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct evaluations for both monolingual and bilingual students
  • Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on assessments and case documentation
  • Offer therapy services as needed to support individual student progress
  • Provide recommendations tailored to student IEPs and educational teams
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
  • Communicate effectively with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams
