Job Description

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
- Experience in school-based settings, especially with elementary and middle school students
- Bilingual proficiency is valued for part of the caseload
- Strong evaluation, diagnostic, and case management skills
- Ability to work onsite, collaborating with educators and support staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct evaluations for both monolingual and bilingual students
- Manage a diverse caseload, focusing on assessments and case documentation
- Offer therapy services as needed to support individual student progress
- Provide recommendations tailored to student IEPs and educational teams
- Maintain timely and accurate records in compliance with district and state policies
- Communicate effectively with families, school personnel, and multidisciplinary teams
