Begin your experience with an immediate start for shadowing, to seamlessly transition into your role and build rapport with students and staff before taking over from September 8th to January 15, 2027.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid teaching certification in Special Education
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing IEPs
- Strong collaboration skills with teachers, staff, and families
- Adaptability to manage changing needs and classroom environments
- Commitment to fostering inclusive learning and embracing diversity
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging, differentiated instruction tailored to each student's IEP
- Monitor progress, track data, and update documentation as needed
- Collaborate with general educators to create a supportive, accessible classroom
- Communicate regularly with families and multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Provide classroom management while maintaining a positive and nurturing atmosphere
