Title: Repair Technician
Location: Whitsett, NC
Overtime available
Shifts available:
1st Shift---DRC - Shift Hours - 6.30am-3:00pm (Overtime as Needed)
2nd Shift--DRC - Shift Hours - 3.30pm – 12:00am
- The repair technician is responsible for the repair and service of personal computers.
- Accurate diagnosis of issues and first time fix are key to meeting the customers service level.
- PC repair experience required, working in a fast paced environment and willing to work a flexible schedule is a must along with work in areas outside of the repair station.
- All other duties as assigned by the Lenovo/USFC Management Team to include Supervisors, Leads, etc.
