We are urgently seeking reliable, safety-conscious Warehouse Associates with Stand-Up / Reach Truck Forklift experience to join our team at a premier industrial bakery in East Brunswick, NJ.
Positioned in a fast-paced, high-volume food manufacturing facility, this role supports daily logistics, inventory put-away, and order fulfillment across dry, refrigerated, and freezer storage areas. We are currently hiring across 1st, 2nd, and 3rd shifts!

Core Requirements:
Proven hands-on experience operating Stand-Up / Reach Truck forklifts or Hi-Los (required).
1+ years of experience using RF scanners for picking, packing, and receiving.
Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and work comfortably in dry, cooler, and freezer environments.
High reliability, good attendance, and a safety-first mindset.
Spanish speaking skills are a plus!

Responsibilities
- Drive Forklifts: Safely operate stand-up reach trucks, hi-los, and pallet jacks to move, stack, and retrieve materials.
Load & Unload: Move incoming and outgoing product shipments on and off trucks.
Pick & Pack: Use RF scanners to scan, pick, pack, and label customer orders accurately.
Manage Stock: Receive incoming goods, put away inventory, and rotate food stock using FIFO/FEFO principles.
Keep Areas Clean & Safe: Follow workplace safety rules, keep storage areas clean, and make sure food safety and allergen rules are followed.
Work in Cold Storage: Perform daily tasks in regular dry warehouse areas as well as cooler and freezer sections.
