Mulch Daddy Landscaping & Construction is looking for a motivated, dependable, and hardworking individual to join our growing team. If you enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and aren't afraid of hard work, we'd love to have you on our crew.

This is a full-time, year-round position with opportunities to grow as our company continues to expand.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Weekly lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and blowing
  • Spring and fall cleanups
  • Mulch installation and landscape bed maintenance
  • Shrub trimming and pruning
  • Landscape installations, including rock, mulch, plants, and edging
  • Snow removal during the winter season
  • Operate commercial landscaping equipment safely and efficiently
  • Load and unload equipment and materials
  • Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and organized
  • Provide excellent customer service while on job sites

Qualifications

  • Strong work ethic and positive attitude
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Valid driver's license preferred (not required)
  • Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work in various weather conditions
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Landscaping or lawn care experience is a plus, but we are willing to train the right person
