Job Summary
We are seeking an energetic and experienced Assistant Director to join our team!

Responsibilities

• help support the Director in overseeing the daily operations, staff, and academic standards of the center
• Blending your child development expertise with administrative skills to create a safe and engaging environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a Certified Teacher in early childhood education;
• Acceptable certifications; nursery to 6th, birth to 2nd, pre-k - 6th, special education or students with disability.
• Minimum of TWO years of experience teaching in a classroom setting
• Strong understanding of child development principles and best practices in education and classroom management
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Problem-solving and mediation skills
