Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive dental exams, diagnoses, and treatment planning for patients
- Provide a full range of general dentistry services including fillings, extractions, crowns, implants and root canals
- Conduct routine cleanings, preventive care, and oral health screenings
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships through clear communication and compassionate care
- Collaborate with dental hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff to ensure seamless patient experiences
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using dental practice management software
- Stay current with the latest dental techniques, technologies, and continuing education requirements
- Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited institution
- Active Arizona dental license
- DEA registration and CPR/BLS certification required
- Experience in general dentistry; new graduates are welcome to apply
- Proficiency in restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental procedures
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a patient-first mindset
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, team-oriented clinical environment
