Are you energetic, outgoing, and great with people? Do you love working with kids and creating a positive experience for families?

We’re looking for a fun, dependable, high-energy team member to join us as a Youth Coach.

You don’t need to be a gymnastics expert. We’re looking for people who are great with kids, comfortable talking with parents, love being active, and genuinely enjoy making people feel welcome.


A background in gymnastics, cheer, dance, tumbling, ninja, or youth sports is a BIG plus!

Your days will be anything but boring!

• Lead fun, engaging classes for children ages 4 months–12 years
• Create a welcoming experience for kids and their grown-ups
• Keep children safe, engaged and excited
• Build relationships with families
• Help with camps, birthday parties and special events
• Talk with parents and confidently answer questions
• Work as part of a team to keep the gym running smoothly
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development

We’re looking for team members with consistent availability for:

• Weekday afternoons & evenings
• Weekends
• Wednesdays, 3:45–5:00 PM for our weekly team meeting
• Reliable transportation required
• Year-round availability preferred
