Team Member – Produce Packing (Wed–Fri)

About the Role

Odd Bunch delivers fresh fruit and veggie boxes straight to customers' doors — and our brand-new South Bend warehouse is where the magic happens! We're looking for reliable, hard-working team members to join our warehouse crew and help us pack fresh, high-quality produce boxes for our customers.

This is a hands-on role — you'll help unload and set up incoming produce, pack boxes to our weekly menu, handle substitutions, and load finished orders onto the delivery trucks. No experience necessary — we'll train you!

Shift Schedule

• Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
• 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
• Consistent 3-day work week

What You'll Do

• Unload incoming fruit and vegetable shipments and set up produce for packing
• Pack customer boxes according to our fixed weekly menu
• Accurately handle product substitutions when needed
• Load completed boxes onto delivery trailers/trucks
• Keep your work area clean and organized (general housekeeping)
• Follow food safety and quality guidelines to make sure every box leaves in great shape

What We're Looking For

• Ability to stand, lift (up to 40-50 lbs), and move for extended periods
• Reliable and punctual — able to commit to the full Wed–Fri shift
• Team player with a positive attitude
• Comfortable working in a temperature-controlled warehouse environment
• Previous warehouse/production experience a plus, but not required
