Job Description
Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting and personal hygiene. Assist with care and changing clothing and bedding when needed. Prepare and service meals and snacks according to residents' dietary needs and preferences. Provide medication assistance or medication administration. Monitor residents for changes in physical health, behavior mood and functioning. Maintain a safe, clean comfortable and sanitary living environment. Support residents with household routines such as laundry, room organization and personal belongs. Encourage residents to participate in social, recreational, educational and community activities. Promote residents' independence and follow each residents Individual Program Plan (IPP), service plan, behavioral support plan and other approved care instructions.
