About the Role:
Lake Pro Inc. is looking for a skilled and motivated Field Technician to join our growing team in Katy, TX! This is a hands-on role where you'll be out in the field every day conducting a variety of lake management services for residential lake communities in the Houston area. These services include regular maintenance activities, aquatic vegetation treatments and lake fountain installation and repair.
As a technician you will work with a Field Supervisor to perform lake maintenance and fishery related services. As an entry level Field Technician, you will be trained on the job to conduct a variety of lake management services including treating aquatic vegetation, waterfall repair, and lake fountain installation, troubleshooting and repair.
The ideal fit for this opportunity will be for someone looking to find a good career home and who wants to learn new skills and take on more responsibilities as they grow. Year-round work. No weekend work. Only required to work Monday through Friday each week.

Requirements:
- Prior experience in a field technician, service technician, or related trade role preferred
- Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and physical environments
- Ability to lift and pull at least 60 lbs
- Good physical condition be able to walk lengthy distances, stoop and bend
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in the field
- Ability to pass background check and drug test
