Orangetheory Fitness is a leading fitness organization with 1,300+ locations across the U.S. and Canada and 600+ studios under development. Our science-backed, coach-led workouts help members build strength, increase energy, push past plateaus, and become stronger versions of themselves.

We’re looking for a Fitness Sales Associate / Membership Advisor to help create an exceptional experience for everyone who walks through our doors.

THE ROLE

You’ll be one of the friendly faces members and guests see when they enter the studio. You’ll create a welcoming, energetic environment while helping prospective members discover how Orangetheory can fit their goals and lifestyle.

This is a great opportunity for someone with sales, hospitality, customer service, fitness, retail, or other people-focused experience who enjoys a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Welcome members and guests with energy and enthusiasm

  • Build relationships with prospective and current members

  • Conduct lead follow-up, customer-care calls, and studio previews

  • Meet and exceed membership, renewal, retail, and referral sales goals

  • Maintain accurate client records using Orangetheory systems

  • Respond promptly and professionally to member questions and concerns

  • Properly onboard new clients using required forms and agreements

  • Process cash and credit card transactions accurately

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming front desk/lobby

  • Complete daily opening, closing, and cleaning responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Fitness Team to deliver an exceptional member experience

  • Participate in 1–2 Orangetheory workouts per week

  • Attend required Orangetheory training programs

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • Friendly, outgoing, and genuinely enjoy connecting with people

  • Strong customer service and communication skills

  • Comfortable speaking with people in person and over the phone

  • Goal-oriented and motivated by sales and commission

  • Previous sales experience preferred; quota-based sales experience is a plus

  • Able to multitask and thrive in a busy environment

  • Comfortable with computers, internet, and basic Microsoft Office programs

  • Passionate about health, fitness, wellness, or personal development

  • Reliable, positive, and willing to jump in wherever needed

  • Team player who thrives in an ORANGE TEAM environment

  • High school diploma or equivalent required

  • Flexible availability for early-morning opening shifts, evenings, weekends, and holidays
