About the Role:
Edible is looking for a few energetic and dependable Customer Service & Delivery team members to join our crew in Depew! This is a fantastic opportunity to be the face of our company — delivering great products and even better service to our customers every day. Responsibilities:
- Perform timely and accurate deliveries to customers
- Provide outstanding customer service during every interaction, in-person and over the phone
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe delivery vehicle at all times
- Process customer orders in a professional and efficient manner
- Communicate delivery updates and any issues promptly to management and customers
- Build positive relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and loyalty
Requirements:
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Previous customer service, delivery, or logistics experience preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and carry packages (up to 30 lbs) as needed
- Ability to stand for long periods of time
- Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with the Depew, NY and surrounding Western New York area a plus
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively on a daily route
