Position Summary
The BCBA will provide in-person only, working directly with learners and Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)/Behavior Technicians (BTs). This role focuses on protocol modification, caregiver collaboration as appropriate, technician coaching, treatment integrity, and clinical decision-making.

- Conduct adaptive behavior treatment with protocol modification (97155)
- Provide live supervision and coaching to BTs/RBTs
- Modify treatment plans based on learner progress and clinical observations
- Collect and analyze data to guide treatment decisions
- Ensure implementation fidelity of behavior intervention plans
- Collaborate with caregivers and interdisciplinary providers as appropriate
- Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards in accordance with the BACB Ethics Code
- Current BCBA certification in good standing
- Active North Carolina Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) license
- Credentialed with NCTracks/NC Medicaid (preferred)
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally
- Current CPR certification (preferred)
- Competitive hourly contract rate: Pay: $95–$110 per hour, based on experience. Mileage reimbursement available for travel between client locations.
