Housing Specialist/Spanish Speaking A+

Full-Time $18.00 per hour, 40 hours per week. Paid Holidays and Accrued PTO. Hours Mon-Fri 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. NO WEEKENDS!

Manage front office and phone lines. Help manage up to 150 doors across 62 small communities. Run applications, pre-qualify applicants, post-rents, and collect late fees. Schedule move-in appointments, review new leases, process lease renewals, maintain current residents' files, and handle move-out files. Daily follow-up with prospects and maintenance requests.

Must have experience with Affordable Housing, Low-Income Housing Programs, Section 8 Vouchers, and current Fair Housing Education. Applicants must be able to assist with marketing vacant units on social media platforms and have experience with Yardi Breeze.

Able to assist in company and community events.
