Bartender

Crossed Keys Estate is seeking experienced bartenders for luxury wedding venue. Enthusiastic candidates wanted, must be motivated and able to work in a fast paced environment during events with up to 300 guests. Candidate should be willing to contribute ideas to bar menus.

Bartender Role:

• Provide guests at events with exceptional beverage service, maintaining the highest standards of hospitality
• Interact with customers, take orders, and serve drinks
• Assess customers’ needs and make recommendations
• Check ID’s and confirm that customer is of legal drinking age
• Restock and replenish bar supplies
• Present excellent customer service
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring all supplies and equipment are readily available
• Report to wedding Maitre D' & Business Owners
• Adhere to responsible alcohol service guidelines and ensure guest safety

Qualifications

• Must be available at least 1-2 days per week (nights and weekends)
• Working knowledge of drink service and bar terminology
• Must be proficient in setting up and breaking down/cleaning bar equipment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
