GRAVEYARD SHIFT CASHIER

Shift: 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM (Overnight / Graveyard Shift)

Job Summary:

We are seeking a reliable and responsible Graveyard Shift Drive-Through Cashier to manage overnight operations while the store is closed to walk-in customers. This role involves assisting customers through the drive-through window, processing transactions, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store during overnight hours. The ideal candidate is dependable, attentive, and comfortable working independently.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist customers through the drive-through window in a friendly and professional manner.
• Process cash, credit, and debit transactions accurately.
• Retrieve items for customers and complete drive-through sales efficiently.
• Authorize fuel pumps when needed.
• Restock merchandise and maintain a clean, organized store.
• Follow all cash handling and store security procedures.
• Verify IDs for age-restricted purchases (alcohol, tobacco, etc.).
• Complete basic cleaning and end-of-shift duties.

Qualifications:

• Previous cashier or retail experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to work overnight hours (10 PM – 6 AM).
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Basic math and cash handling skills.
• Ability to work independently and stay attentive during overnight shifts.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance.
