Marketing Sales Representative

The Marketing Sales Representative will play a critical role in driving new customer acquisition while balancing retention efforts. Working closely within both the Marketing and Sales teams and reporting directly to the CEO, this position requires a dynamic individual capable of generating leads, conducting client meetings, and delivering compelling sales presentations. Occasional travel to client sites will support relationship building and market expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation to identify potential customers
• Conduct client meetings to understand needs and promote products
• Deliver effective sales presentations to prospective clients
• Perform market research to identify industry trends and opportunities
• Follow up with customers to nurture relationships and support retention
• Prepare and maintain accurate sales reports
• Maintain deep product knowledge to tailor sales strategies
• Manage customer relationships to enhance loyalty and satisfaction

Preferred Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in marketing and sales
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field
• Proficiency in sales techniques and market research
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Effective time management abilities
• Basic knowledge of digital marketing
