Compensation: $75,000 – $150,000+/year (Salary+ Bonus)
We’re looking for a skilled and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our automotive team in Waldorf, MD. In this role, you'll help customers understand their vehicle needs, coordinate with technicians, and ensure a smooth and professional service experience.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and assist customers with repair and maintenance concerns
- Schedule and manage service appointments
- Communicate clearly with customers about diagnostics and repair needs
- Work with technicians to coordinate service recommendations
- Maintain accurate repair orders and service records
- Identify upsell opportunities and promote maintenance plans
- Support team performance and contribute to a positive shop culture
What We’re Looking For:
- 5+ years of experience as a Service Advisor
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Solid knowledge of automotive systems and repair processes
- Team leadership experience is a plus
- Familiarity with service software (like Tekmetric or Mitchell)
- ASE certification preferred but not required
