Bilingual Receptionist

Valiente Mott is a personal injury law firm looking for a motivated, self-starter for our Las Vegas office to take the role of a Receptionist. Experience in the legal industry is required.

This is a full-time position for someone who is looking for a long term commitment with opportunities to grow.

Requirements

• Experience handling a multi-line phone system
• Extraordinary phone etiquette
• Strong organizational skills
• Manages front office area
• Orders supplies
• Ensures smooth overall day-to-day office operations from an administrative standpoint
• Proven people skills
• Able to Multi-Task
• Bilingual English/Spanish required
