Spa Attendant - Exhale Spa - Full Time

Exhale Spa is seeking a detail-oriented, service-focused Spa Attendant to help create a clean, welcoming, and exceptional experience for our guests and members. This role is responsible for maintaining spa facilities, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Maintain locker rooms, changing areas, lounges, and common spaces to company cleanliness and presentation standards.
• Stock and replenish amenities, including robes, towels, slippers, linens, and guest supplies.
• Manage laundry operations, including collecting, washing, folding, organizing, and distributing linens throughout the spa.
• Ensure all treatment and guest areas are clean, sanitized, and ready for service.
• Support spa operations by adhering to all company, department, and health and safety policies and procedures.
• Assist with ongoing cleaning and sanitation efforts to maintain a safe and welcoming environment.
• Respond promptly to guest needs and provide exceptional customer service at all times.
• Work collaboratively with spa, fitness, and guest experience teams to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Requirements

• Previous experience in a spa, hotel, salon, fitness, or hospitality environment preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Dependable, punctual, and flexible with scheduling, including weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, walking, bending, lifting, and moving laundry and supplies.
• Positive attitude with a commitment to maintaining a clean, professional, and guest-focused environment.

Benefits

Pay: $17 per hour
