CONCRETE LABORER

Memco Spring is currently looking to hire Concrete Laborers to work in Wharton, Tx. We are looking for local hires to make the drive to Wharton daily.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the setup and preparation of concrete forms.

2. Pour and spread concrete using various tools and equipment.

3. Smooth and finish surfaces to ensure a quality result.

4. Assist with the cleanup and maintenance of tools and equipment.

5. Follow safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe work environment.

6. Work collaboratively with the team to complete projects efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications:

- Previous experience working as a Concrete Laborer.

- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks.

- Knowledge of concrete mixing and pouring techniques.

- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.

- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
