SALES SERVICE HVAC TECHNICIAN

All Brands Cooling & Heating is growing our Spring Hill team, and we're looking for a Sales Service Technician who can diagnose a problem, fix it right, and confidently offer the customer the best long-term solution — whether that's a repair, a maintenance plan, or a new system. This is a hands-on HVAC role with real earning upside for someone who's comfortable in the field and in front of a customer.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems — heating, cooling, and air quality equipment — on scheduled service calls.

• Present clear, honest repair-vs-replace options and maintenance plans to customers at the point of service.

• Close system replacement leads and add-on sales (IAQ, maintenance agreements, warranties) generated from your own service calls.

• Complete accurate work orders, photos, and invoicing in Housecall Pro for every job, same day.

• Represent All Brands professionally in customers' homes — clean work, clear communication, no pressure tactics.

• Coordinate with dispatch and the install team to hand off sold jobs smoothly.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• EPA 608 certification required; NATE certification a plus.

• Experience in residential HVAC service/repair preferred — but we'll consider a strong technician with limited sales experience who's coachable and wants to earn more.

• Comfortable having a straightforward sales conversation with a customer — no hard-sell, just knowing how to explain options and ask for the business.

• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.

• Reliable, organized, and able to work independently on a route.

PAY & BENEFITS

• Hourly base pay of [$20 – $35/hr, based on experience
