Integrated Restoration — Lead Carpenter
Location: Cleveland
Pay: Depending on experience
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
- Rebuild and restore residential/commercial properties after fire, water, storm, or structural damage
- Perform:
- Framing
- Drywall installation/finishing
- Trim and finish carpentry
- Painting and cabinetry
- Structural repairs
- Window/door restoration
- Read scopes and plans with minimal supervision
- Coordinate with project managers and restoration specialists
- Maintain safe and clean job sites
- Participate in emergency board-up/on-call rotation
- Lead and guide less-experienced carpenters when needed
Qualifications
- 3+ years of carpentry or restoration experience
- Skilled in framing, drywall, finish work, painting, and remodeling
- Ability to troubleshoot and work independently
- Reliable transportation and clean driving record
- Own standard hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship
