Marine Carpenter/ Dock Builder

What You'll Be Doing

• Building and installing custom docks, boathouses, decks, seawalls, and boat lifts.
• Reading plans and blueprints to make sure every project is built correctly.
• Using carpentry tools and equipment safely and efficiently.
• Repairing and maintaining existing waterfront structures.
• Keeping job sites clean, organized, and safe.
• Working with a crew that values quality workmanship and getting the job done right.
• Following all safety guidelines and building standards.

What We're Looking For

• Carpentry experience is required. Marine construction experience is a big plus, but we're willing to train the right person with a strong construction background.
• Someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in their work.
• Ability to read construction plans and use standard carpentry tools.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Comfortable lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in Florida's heat.
• Comfortable working on and around the water.
• A competent swimmer is required.
• Positive attitude, dependable, and works well with others.
