M.R. Electric Inc. is looking for a skilled Electrical Journeyman to join our team in Los Angeles, CA! Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Perform conduit bending, wire pulling, and panel installations
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical faults and equipment malfunctions
- Ensure all work complies with NEC codes, local regulations, and safety standards
- Collaborate with project managers, foremen, and apprentices on job sites
- Inspect and test electrical components using meters, oscilloscopes, and other diagnostic tools
Requirements:
- Valid California Journeyman Electrician license STRONGLY PREFERRED
- Minimum 3+ years of hands-on electrical experience
- Strong knowledge of NEC codes and California electrical regulations
- Proficiency in conduit installation, load calculations, and panel wiring
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team on active job sites
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Strong attention to detail, safety-conscious, and professional demeanor
