Position Responsibilities

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
• Present repair and replacement options to homeowners
• Educate customers on solutions and system improvements
• Sell services and upgrades ethically and professionally
• Complete service documentation accurately
• Maintain a clean and professional job site
• Represent Precision Air Conditioning and Heating LLC with integrity

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of residential HVAC experience
• EPA Certification
• Valid driver’s license with a good driving record
• Clean background check
• Ability to pass a drug test prior to employment
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
• Ability and willingness to sell services to customers that they both need and understand
