Experienced Carpenter / Remodeling Professional

This is a hands-on role for skilled professionals who are comfortable working on a wide range of residential construction tasks. You will be involved in projects from the ground up — including site work, framing, and detailed finish work.

We are not looking for entry-level labor. This role is for individuals who can work independently, think critically, and maintain high-quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Perform all phases of residential construction:

  • Foundations and concrete work

  • Framing (walls, floors, structural modifications)

  • Installation of windows, doors, and exterior elements

  • Interior trim carpentry (base, casing, crown, custom details)

  • Cabinet installation

  • Basic drywall, tile, and general remodeling tasks

• Maintain clean and organized job sites

• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership

• Ensure all work meets company quality standards

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of residential construction experience

• Strong carpentry skills (framing + finish work)

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Must have valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

• Must be authorized to work in the United States

• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
