Onsite Monday-Friday 7/8am
Temporary | Approximately 8–10 Weeks
Payrate: $45.00-60.00 an hour

In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineers, Manufacturing, Operations, and Buyers, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify, attract, assess, and secure top talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer.
  • Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
  • Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional organizations, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
  • Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
  • Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidates against position requirements.
  • Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
  • Provide regular recruiting updates, market insights, and candidate feedback to hiring managers.
  • Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
  • Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.
  • Work independently while managing multiple priorities and requisitions.
What We're Looking For
  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, operations, procurement/buying, or corporate positions and ,manufacturing positions
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
  • Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
  • Experience with an ATS; Workday experience preferred
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
  • Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and hiring-manager partnership skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
