In this role, you’ll manage full-cycle recruiting for Engineers, Manufacturing, Operations, and Buyers, partnering closely with hiring managers and HR leaders to identify, attract, assess, and secure top talent.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from intake through offer.
- Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruiting strategies.
- Source active and passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, professional organizations, referrals, networking, and other creative sourcing channels.
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
- Conduct recruiter phone screens and assess candidates against position requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and provide an exceptional candidate experience.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruiting activity within the ATS.
- Provide regular recruiting updates, market insights, and candidate feedback to hiring managers.
- Track pipeline activity, hiring progress, and recruiting metrics.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting processes and hiring efficiency.
- Work independently while managing multiple priorities and requisitions.
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in engineering, operations, procurement/buying, or corporate positions and ,manufacturing positions
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field a plus
- Demonstrated success sourcing passive candidates through LinkedIn Recruiter
- Experience with an ATS; Workday experience preferred
- Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
- Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously
- Excellent communication and hiring-manager partnership skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
