What You’ll Get

Shifts Available:
- Day: 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM
- Night: 7:00 PM – 7:00 AM

What You’ll Do
- Operate cutting-edge automated and robotic production equipment
- Work hands-on with semiconductor fabrication tools (wafer & panel processing)
- Load materials, monitor production, and ensure quality output
- Perform routine equipment checks and basic troubleshooting
- Keep production running smoothly while meeting performance goals
What You Bring
- 1+ year of recent machine operation experience in manufacturing
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to stay focused and productive during 12-hour shifts
- Cleanroom experience? That’s a big plus!
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand for up to 12 hours
- Lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
- Comfortable working in a cleanroom environment with PPE

Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Colorado Springs, CO.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $19.00 - $23.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
