Job Description
The Shipping and Receiving Clerk (Shipping Specialist I) works as part of the shipping team to ensure accurate, on-time loading of finished products and accessories. This entry-level role focuses on physically moving and staging Electronic Gaming Machines, pallets, and related accessories according to load manifests and order requirements. The position involves regular material handling, use of hand tools and basic warehouse equipment, and requires the ability to lift, pull, and push weights between 50 and 100 pounds while maintaining safe work practices.
Responsibilities
- Work with the shipping team to ensure on-time and accurate loading of customer finished products and accessories.
- Verify load manifests and confirm that Electronic Gaming Machines, pallets, and accessories are staged and loaded correctly to ensure order accuracy.
- Physically load and unload Electronic Gaming Machines using shipping dollies and accessory parts, including placing, pushing, lifting, carrying, and pulling items in an efficient and safe manner.
- Operate a manual pallet jack to move and load completed orders and less-than-truckload (LTL) orders, and shrink-wrap pallets as needed.
- Cover the end of the production line by moving Electronic Gaming Machines off carts and scanning them into designated locations based on order numbers.

Work Environment
This role is based in a warehouse environment that involves regular physical activity and material handling. You stand and walk throughout the warehouse for extended periods and frequently use your arms, hands, legs, and back for repetitive motions such as lifting, pushing, pulling, bending, and twisting. You lift up to 50 pounds on a daily basis and up to 100 pounds on occasion. Work conditions include exposure to varying temperatures, ranging from very cool to very warm, depending on the area of the facility and season. Overtime may be required based on business needs, and flexibility to work additional hours is expected when shipping volume increases. You use equipment such as manual pallet jacks, shipping dollies, banding tools, shrink-wrapping materials, and wireless handheld scanners while following established warehouse safety protocols and regulations. Steel-toe shoes and a safety vest are required attire at all times to maintain a safe working environment.
Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Las Vegas, NV.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $17.00 - $17.00/hr.
Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
