Job Summary
A professional legal services office in Los Angeles is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Law Firm Receptionist for a temp-to-hire opportunity. This front desk role is ideal for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys being the first point of contact, supporting a polished office environment, and providing excellent service to clients, visitors, and internal staff.

Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients, visitors, and staff in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls while providing excellent customer service in English and Spanish.
- Support front desk operations, including mail stamping, sorting, and general reception duties.
- Assist with basic administrative tasks using Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Maintain a professional reception area and help ensure smooth daily office operations.
- Communicate clearly with attorneys, staff, clients, and vendors as needed.
Compensation and Benefits
- Temp-to-hire opportunity.
- Pay range is $23 to $25 per hour.
