Pay: $23.29/hr
Schedule: 1st shift

Monday- Friday 6:30am- 3:00 pm

Help Keep Materials Moving

We're seeking a detail-oriented Receiving Clerk to support inbound material flow and inventory operations in Jackson, WI. This role is ideal for someone with receiving, warehouse, or inventory experience who is comfortable working with shipping documents, material-handling equipment, and computerized inventory systems.

What You'll Be Doing
  • Receive and unload incoming deliveries and verify shipment paperwork.

  • Compare incoming materials against purchase orders for correct quantities and condition.

  • Identify, separate, and report damaged or non-conforming materials.

  • Complete receiving transactions and inventory updates in the computer system.

  • Receive, stock, and pull materials based on bills of materials and production needs.

  • Enter and maintain inventory information in SAP.

  • Label and identify materials for accurate storage and tracking.

  • Deliver parts and materials to designated inventory locations, departments, or employees.

  • Coordinate with purchasing and other departments to resolve shipment discrepancies.

  • Process returned materials and support proper authorization and routing.

  • Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, overhead cranes, hand tools, and measuring equipment safely.

  • Maintain an organized and safety-focused receiving area.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Ability to read work instructions, shipping documents, reports, and basic blueprints.

  • Ability to safely operate a forklift, pallet jack, and overhead crane.

  • Comfortable using hand tools and measuring devices.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Basic math skills, including fractions, decimals, ratios, and percentages.

  • Ability to frequently lift 50-75 lbs.

  • Ability to stand, squat, kneel, and perform physical warehouse work throughout the shift.

  • Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment with noise, dust, and occasional fumes.

Preferred Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.

  • 1-3 years of receiving, warehouse, inventory, or material-handling experience.

  • Working knowledge of SAP or another inventory/ERP system.
