Job Title: Machine Operator $18.10/hour (2nd and 3rd shift openings)

Job Description

We are seeking skilled Machine Operators to join our team, focusing on operating machinery in a manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for individuals with a passion for production and a knack for machine operation.

Responsibilities

• Operate machinery efficiently and safely within a manufacturing setting.
• Ensure production processes are followed and quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production operations.

Essential Skills

• Experience as an Operator or Machine Operator in a manufacturing environment.
• General production skills and understanding of manufacturing processes.
• 6+ months to 1 year of manufacturing experience is preferred.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing environment is highly valued.
• No specific education or certifications required.

Work Environment

Work in a temperature-controlled manufacturing environment. Shifts available: 2nd shift 3PM to 11PM and 3rd shift - 11 PM to 7 AM. Pay on the 2nd/3rd shift includes a $1 shift differential.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Manhattan, KS.

The pay range for this position is $18.38 - $18.38/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
