Member Services Representative (Banking Experience Required)
Location: Baltimore, MD Position Type: Temporary
LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking a customer-focused Member Services Representative on behalf of a client in the Baltimore area. This temporary opportunity is ideal for individuals with previous banking or financial institution experience who enjoy helping customers, solving problems, and building lasting relationships.
The successful candidate will serve as a key point of contact for members, providing professional and responsive support while assisting with a variety of banking-related transactions and account services.
Key Responsibilities:
Pay Details: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional member service through in-person, phone, and electronic communication
- Assist members with account questions, transactions, and service requests
- Process deposits, withdrawals, payments, and other routine banking transactions
- Support account opening and maintenance activities
- Educate members on available financial products and services
- Ensure compliance with established policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
- Research and resolve member concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Previous experience in banking, credit union operations, lending, teller services, or financial customer service required
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proficient computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Professional demeanor and commitment to providing excellent member service
