Concrete Foreman

The Concrete Foreman will oversee a single crew, ensuring quality and efficiency in all concrete-related construction activities. Reporting directly to the Construction Manager, this role emphasizes supervisory duties with occasional hands-on involvement. The position is primarily site-based with minimal travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily activities of the concrete crew
• Ensure adherence to project schedules and quality standards
• Interpret and implement construction blueprints and specifications
• Communicate effectively with management and crew to resolve issues
• Monitor safety protocols and enforce compliance on site
• Perform hands-on concrete work as needed to support the team
• Report progress and challenges to the Construction Manager

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in construction supervision

• Background in Construction Management
• Strong team leadership skills
• Proficient in blueprint reading
• Experience with project scheduling
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
