An experienced painter skilled in surface preparation, precise paint application, and color matching. This role involves maintaining equipment, ensuring safety compliance, and conducting quality inspections. The painter will primarily handle residential and commercial projects, working collaboratively within a team and reporting directly to the boss. Frequent travel to various job sites is expected.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting including cleaning, sanding, and priming
• Apply paint, stains, and coatings evenly and accurately
• Match colors to client specifications and project requirements
• Maintain and clean painting equipment regularly
• Adhere to safety protocols and compliance standards
• Inspect completed work to ensure quality and finish standards
• Collaborate effectively within a team environment
• Travel frequently to various residential and commercial project sites
