About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, reliable, and customer-focused Automotive Sales & Transport Specialist to join our dealership team. This position combines vehicle sales, customer service, vehicle pickups/deliveries, and dealership transport responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Sell used vehicles to customers and assist with the entire sales process
• Respond to customer inquiries, leads, calls, texts, and online messages
• Show vehicles and explain features, pricing, and financing options
• Complete sales paperwork accurately
• Pick up and deliver vehicles between auctions, dealerships, customers, and other locations
• Safely operate dealership vehicles and transport equipment when required
• Inspect vehicles before pickup and delivery and report any damage or issues
• Coordinate vehicle transportation schedules
• Maintain professional relationships with customers, auction facilities, vendors, and transport companies
• Keep vehicles clean and ready for customers
• Assist with general dealership duties when needed

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and good driving record
• Comfortable driving different types of vehicles
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
• Comfortable using a smartphone and basic computer systems
• Must be able to safely load, transport, and deliver vehicles when required
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus

Compensation

14.00$/hour + sales commissions.

Full Time salary guaranteed 560$/Week

Compensation structure can include a combination of hourly/base pay, vehicle-sale commissions.

Schedule

Full-time position. Schedule may include weekdays and occasional weekends depending on vehicle deliveries, auctions, and customer appointments. On call depending or workload.

ONE-YEAR TERM-AT-WILL TERMINATION CONTRACT
