About the Role
We sell used and refurbished IT equipment: laptops, desktops, servers, mobile devices, and networking gear, and every order has to leave here packed to survive the trip. You'll own outbound shipping: small parcel one minute, a palletized server rack the next. It's a hands-on role for someone who works fast without getting disorganized.

What You'll Do

Small parcel

• Pack orders securely and appropriately for the item, electronics need real protection, not a bag of air pillows
• Generate labels, weigh and measure packages, and select the right service level
• Process daily order volume and get shipments out on schedule
• Keep tracking updated and shipments marked in the system

Freight

• Palletize, shrink-wrap, band, and label freight shipments
• Pack pallets for heavy and oversized equipment: server racks, bulk lots, full-height units
• Prepare bills of lading and freight paperwork accurately
• Coordinate with LTL carriers on pickups and schedule appointments
• Load and unload trucks, and inspect incoming freight for damage

General warehouse

• Receive incoming inventory and verify against packing lists
• Keep the shipping area, packing materials, and staging space organized
• Track and reorder packing supplies before you run out
• Assist with returns and damage claims, including documenting condition with photos
• Support the listing team with pulling and staging inventory as needed

What You Bring

• 1+ years of shipping, warehouse, or fulfillment experience
• Experience with both small parcel and LTL freight (_strongly preferred_)
• Familiarity with carrier shipping software — UPS, FedEx, USPS, and freight portals
• Careful, methodical packing habits and attention to detail
• Basic computer skills; comfortable working in a shipping or order system
• Reliable and punctual, orders ship on a schedule
• Clear communication and a real team-player mindset

Nice to have: Experience shipping electronics specifically. Pallet packing and wrapping.

Physical Requirements

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs regularly, and heavier items with assistance
• On your feet, standing, bending, and moving product for most of the shift
• This is an in-person role

Schedule
8-hour day shifts, Monday through Friday. 7am-3pm
