We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to provide hands-on end-user support and IT hardware services in an enterprise environment.

  • New Hire Laptop & Bundle Preparation
  • Hardware/Peripheral Support
  • Device Retrieval & Dispatch
  • Incident Resolution & Request Fulfillment
  • Printers, Docking Stations, Keyboards & Mice
  • Pixie Boot / Imaging Tools
  • Excellent Customer Service & Teamwork
  • Ability to lift/move boxes up to 50 lbs.
