The Fire Alarm Technician plays a critical role in ensuring the safety and functionality of fire alarm systems by installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, testing, and inspecting these systems. Working as part of a large team, this technician directly reports to the Project Manager and contributes to the effective operation of fire protection installations.
Responsibilities
- Install fire alarm systems according to specifications
- Programming fire alarm systems
- Perform routine maintenance to ensure system reliability
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues promptly
- Conduct thorough testing of alarm systems
- Carry out inspections to comply with safety standards
