Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager
We are seeking a Quality & Continuous Improvement Manager to lead and strengthen our quality systems, drive continuous improvement, and ensure a strong culture of quality throughout the organization. This role offers an opportunity to work cross-functionally, engage directly with customers, and make a meaningful impact on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and support quality inspectors, ensuring they are properly trained, equipped, and informed to consistently meet quality expectations.
- Maintain and continuously improve the company’s ISO 9001 Quality Management System, ensuring ongoing compliance and audit readiness.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance product quality, processes, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
- Partner directly with customers to investigate and resolve quality concerns, including RMAs, 8D reports, and Corrective Action Requests (CARs).
- Promote a proactive, company-wide culture of quality and accountability.
- Implement and sustain 5S, Kaizen, and other continuous improvement methodologies across the organization.
- Analyze quality issues, identify root causes, and implement effective corrective and preventive actions.
- Perform key responsibilities associated with a Quality Engineer, supporting problem-solving, process improvement, documentation, and quality assurance activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for improvement and ensure quality standards are consistently achieved.
What You’ll Bring
- Strong knowledge of quality management principles and continuous improvement practices.
- Experience with ISO 9001, root-cause analysis, corrective actions, and customer quality processes.
- Familiarity with 8D, CAR, RMA, 5S, and Kaizen methodologies.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- A hands-on, collaborative approach with the ability to influence quality and improvement initiatives across an organization.
