Director of General Services

The Director of General Services is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the Town’s infrastructure, public services, and daily operations. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, motivating leader who balances strategic planning with hands‐on management. Candidates should have relevant education in fields such as civil engineering or public administration and five to seven years of progressive experience in municipal operations, budgeting, regulatory compliance, and staff supervision. The role requires strong communication, integrity, and the ability to lead teams, manage budgets and projects, ensure regulatory compliance, coordinate emergency responses, and promote a safe, transparent, and high‐performance work culture.

Excellent Benefit Package

Salary Range $105,000-$115,000
