Oversees the operation of the bar and office in a private club. Supervises, balances tils, bank deliveries, schedules, hires and terminates, orders liquor and beer, supplies, plans events, coordinates food trucks, entries into Quick Books, prepares gaming reports, oversees pull tab sales, maintains business and liquor licenses, works with venders and other duties as assigned.
