Responsibilities

• Assist clients in buying, selling, and leasing residential real estate properties by providing expert guidance throughout each transaction
• Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies to attract potential buyers and sellers, utilizing digital platforms, social media, and traditional methods
• Conduct thorough market analysis to stay informed about current industry trends, property values, and neighborhood developments
• Manage all aspects of real estate transactions from initial client consultation to deal closing, including managing documentation and coordinating inspections or appraisals
• Build and maintain strong client rapport through personalized communication, exceptional customer service, and regular updates on market conditions
• Utilize Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to track leads, follow-ups, appointments, and transaction progress efficiently
