Licensed Esthetician (Experienced: Min 2 years)

We are seeking a Licensed Esthetician with a minimum of two years of experience to provide exceptional skin care treatments and services in a professional spa environment. The ideal candidate will be skilled in a variety of facial and body procedures, adept at client consultations, and able to deliver personalized treatment plans while maintaining excellent customer service standards. This role demands strong communication, sales abilities, and a proactive attitude to support both clients and the spa team.

Responsibilities

• Perform skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, and body contouring
• Conduct client consultations and skin analysis to develop customized treatment plans
• Provide full face and body hair removal, brow shaping, lamination, and tinting services
• Recommend appropriate skin care products and home care regimens
• Ensure strict sanitation and compliance with spa cleanliness standards
• Manage appointment scheduling, answer phones, and assist clients at point-of-sale
• Conduct cold calling and support calendar management to optimize bookings
• Assist with laundry and spa upkeep to maintain a clean and professional environment
• Exhibit strong sales, communication, leadership, and teamwork skills
• Maintain a professional, reliable, and goal-oriented demeanor

Required Qualifications

• Completion Esthetician program
• Min 5 years work experience (min 2 in spa or medical office providing spa services)
• Steady work history with min of 1 year at each position
• Verifiable references and background check
• Professional spa etiquette, behavior and demonstration of commitment to skin care, clean, neat customer oriented appearance

Preferred Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of experience in esthetics
• Licensed Esthetician
