SUMMARY

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Prepare, package, and process outgoing shipments to meet customer specifications and delivery requirements.
  • Receive, inspect, and document incoming materials while maintaining accurate inventory and product traceability.
  • Verify shipping paperwork, labels, and documentation to ensure accuracy and compliance.
  • Maintain inventory of shipping supplies and packaging materials.
  • Coordinate shipping and receiving activities to support daily production schedules.
  • Keep detailed records of inbound and outbound shipments.
  • Assist with quality-related activities and inspections as needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following company procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 1+ years of shipping and receiving experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience preparing shipments, receiving materials, and maintaining shipping documentation.
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office applications and basic computer systems.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with inventory control, packaging, and material handling is preferred.
