Salesperson

We are seeking an experienced Sales Representative to drive residential and commercial door and window sales. This role requires strong sales acumen and technical expertise. You will read architectural plans, perform accurate material take-offs, and guide clients from initial consultation to final delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Sales: Meet and exceed sales targets for doors, windows, and custom millwork.
• Blueprint Analysis: Read and interpret complex architectural blueprints and construction documents.
• Material Take-offs: Estimate accurate structural counts, sizing, and specific configurations from plans.
• Client Consultation: Guide builders, contractors, and architects through product selection and structural specifications.
• On-site Measuring: Visit jobsites to verify rough openings and final field measurements.
• CRM Management: Track sales pipeline, log client communications, and generate precise project quotes.

Required Qualifications

• Experience: Minimum 2–3 years of sales experience specifically in doors, windows, or building materials.
• Technical Skills: Proven ability to read architectural blueprints and perform manual or digital take-offs.
• Industry Knowledge: Deep understanding of residential/commercial framing, building codes, and structural openings.
• Software Proficiency: Experience with CRM systems and estimating software (e.g., PlanSwift, Bluebeam, or manufacturer portals).
• Licensing: Valid driver’s license and dependable transportation for frequent jobsite visits.
