Job Description
ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
Our agency opened in 2011 and is a close-knit team of six who work together to support our customers and each other. Before becoming an agent, I had a background in recruiting and also worked as a State Farm team member, which helped shape my approach to building a strong, people-focused team.
I’m a graduate of Western Illinois University and a proud wife and parent of two college-aged children. Outside of the office, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, and catching local live music. We’re also a dog-loving household with two pups.
For our team, we offer unlimited vacation after one year, a Simple IRA, disabilty and life insurance benefits, reimbursement for licensing costs, and a fun, positive work environment. We stay actively involved in our community by sponsoring the county fair, supporting local youth sports teams, and participating in our Chamber of Commerce.
Our office culture is supportive and team-oriented. We value collaboration and helping each other succeed. We’re looking for someone who brings optimism, enthusiasm, and a willingness to try new things—someone who enjoys being part of a team and growing both personally and professionally.
ROLE DESCRIPTION:
{{ account.name }} is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a {{ job.name }}.
Our ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and committed to contributing to a positive and productive workplace. If you thrive in a supportive role and are eager to learn and grow within the insurance industry, we invite you to apply and become a valued member of our team.
